More Sad News...

RIP ROBIN GIBB (December 22nd 1949 - May 20th 2012)

MY FIRST ALBUM "THANK GOD FOR GIRLS" WAS BEGINNING AND I WAS DOING A COVER OF "I STARTED A JOKE" BY THE BEE GEES...MY PRODUCER WAS ANDREW LOOG OLDHAM, THE ROLLING STONES' PRODUCER, AND THE DAY I WALKED INTO THE STUDIO TO RECORD IT I RECIEVED A TELEGRAM THAT SAID, "DEAR BENNY, GOOD LUCK WITH OUR JOKE, YOUR VERSION SIGNED MAURICE, ROBIN AND BARRY GIBB...STILL HAVE IT..THEY WERE ONE OF THE GREATS...MASTERS AT HARMONY AND BRILLIANT COMPOSERS...TOTAL CLASS...BENNY

Yes, I agree. The BeeGees were always at the top of my list. i was saddened to hear of the loss. While death is part of life, for many of us it arrives too soon. He now has no pain, he's with his brothers.God is holding him in his loving arms, held close to His loving and merciful heart. We'll all see hin again!

I remember slow-dancing to Beegees' Massachusetts down in Africa as a teenager, ha, before I even knew about the place :) It was just a nice sounding word to me.

But joking aside, Barry and Benny, death is not part of life - it's an unnecessary add-on.

Life is an emanation of beauty.
There's no need for spirits' forms to deteriorate.
One can create the form, change it, make it disappear and appear!
